RE: Regional Neurologic Grand Rounds - CME Program

Regional Neurologic Grand Rounds is a monthly dinner meeting of 25-30 physicians and allied professionals interested in neurological sub-specialties, which include neuroradiology, neurosurgery, neurology, neuro-ophthalmology, oncology, radiation oncology, neurovascular intervention, neurocritical care, rehabilitation etc.
The dinner conferences are held monthly from September through May in the Lenfest Pavilion/Frobese Conference Center at Abington Memorial Hospital from 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM. The dates for this year's programs are: 10/7/10, 11/8/10, 12/13/10, 1/10/11, 3/14/11, 4/11/11, and 5/9/11.
We feature guest speakers who are well-known throughout the Neuroscience community for their research and expertise in a given specialty. Each meeting awards 1.0 to 2.0 Category 1 - CME credits to attendees.
Topics that are frequently discussed at these programs include: intracranial aneurysms, intracranial tumors, AVMs, spinal cord tumors, cervical and lumbar stenosis, cervical and lumbar disc disease, as well as thoracic disc herniations, epilepsy, seizure disorders, Migraine, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and movement disorders. Updates on new surgical instruments, surgical techniques, pharmaceuticals, and treatment programs round out this all-inclusive educational program.
